Pune: Comets, Hawks and Eagles won their respective league matches to make it to the last four at the sixth edition of ‘PYC — Truspace’ badminton league tournament at PYC Gymkhana on Sunday. In their third league match, Comets outplayed Swans 5-2 to maintain a clean record to enter the semi-final.
Later in the day, Eagles outplayed Ravens 5-2 but went down 3-4 to Falcons.
Eagles still made it to the semi-final on their superior points and league standings.
