Pune: XLRI - Xavier School of Management recently announced admissions to the Executive Diploma in Human Resource (HR) Management for working executives.
This consolidated programme has been designed especially for working executives to enhance their professional skills and earn an Executive Diploma in HRM, while working. The programme aims to provide the participants with an in-depth understanding of various concepts, get them tuned to the latest developments in the sector, to prepare them to head the HR function in the operating divisions.
The 16-month programme with six terms comprises 15 compulsory courses, spread over the first five terms. The sixth term is exclusively devoted to Action Research Based Project.
The course fee is Rs 4 lakh + GST, including tuition fees and other infrastructure necessities. Students will have to pay extra for boarding and lodging. The applicants need to be graduates (minimum three years of full-time study) from a recognised university in any discipline, with a minimum of five years of full-time work experience in managerial positions. The candidates will be selected through personal or Skype interview.
