Will resolve infra issues in Hinjawadi, say CM

Coveners of ‘Free-Up-Hinjawadi Movement’ had a meeting with Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis to discuss the infrastructure issues of Hinjewadi IT Park.

Pune: Coveners of ‘Free-Up-Hinjawadi Movement’ had a meeting with Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis to discuss the infrastructure issues of Hinjewadi IT Park. 

According to the conveners, Fadnavis has assured that he would immediately look into the matter and see that the issues would be resolved. 

Sudhir Deshmukh, an IT professional and convenor of Free-Up-Hinjawadi Movement, said, “On behalf of the Free-Up-Hinjawadi Movement (online petition on change.org) we have submitted a hard copy of the petition to the chief minister, which has been signed online by 19,000 people till date. The chief minister was kind enough to give a patient hearing to the Free-Up-Hinjawadi delegation. He perused the problems and short and long-term solutions placed in the petition. The meeting took place at CM’s office at Mantralaya in Mumbai on September 4.”

Ravindra Sinha, member of Hinjawadi IT Park Residents’ Welfare Association (HIRWA) and convener of ‘Free-up-Hinjewadi’ movement, said, “The CM has assured that he would look into the matter and see that the issues would be resolved to the satisfaction of all. He said he will speak with the officers involved in it and the issue must be given first priority to resolve it.”
