VPSEMS fosters the tradition of ‘Dindi’

The pre-primary section of Vidya Pratishthan’s Someshwar English Medium School (VPSEMS), had arranged ‘Dindi Sohala’ of little children, on June 23 at Gulunche.

Pune: On the occasion of ‘Pandharpur Wari’, to foster the religious and spiritual tradition, the pre-primary section of Vidya Pratishthan’s Someshwar English Medium School (VPSEMS), had arranged ‘Dindi Sohala’ of little children, on June 23 at Gulunche.

The students from the pre-primary section wore different traditional dresses and visited the Mahadeva Temple at Gulunche. Along with them, the pre-primary staff and the music teacher guided the ‘Dindi Sohala’. The students and teachers chanted many devotional songs and danced to the spiritual tunes. These small warkaris cleaned the temple and surrounding area and spread the message of cleanliness through Dindi.
