Pune: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has issued a notification for applicants of the University Grant Commission’s National Eligibility Test (UGC-NET) for correction in the particulars of application form of UGC-NET November 2017, latest by September 25.
The CBSE has opened a window for correction during September 19-25, after which no correction in forms will be accepted.
The notification read that it is brought to the notice of all aspirants and registered candidates of the UGC NET November 2017 examination, that the facility for correction in their data (particulars) will be operational on the website cbsenet.nic.in from September 19-25.
All registered candidates for the said examination (who have paid the fee) are advised to visit the website and verify their particulars. They are further advised to make corrections in their particulars, if any, in their registration form.
No correction in particulars after the said date will be entertained by the CBSE under any circumstances. The additional amount (if applicable) should be paid by the candidates through credit/debit card or e-challan to the Canara/ICICI/Syndicate Bank during the period.
Since it is a one-time facility, extended to the candidates to avoid any hardship to them, the candidates are informed to make the correction very carefully, because no further chance of correction will be given to the candidates for whatsoever reason.
