Two booked for drowning death

His friends informed the police that he had an epileptic fit while swimming.

Pune: Two persons were booked for negligence in the drowning case of a 30-year-old man who died in a newly constructed swimming pool at Vadgaon Sheri on May 15.

The deceased, Avinash Shivsharan, a resident of Chandan Nagar, was employed at the Assistant Registrar's Office in Chandan Nagar.

He went to the swimming pool situated near Shri Ram society on Ahmednagar Road along with his friends and drowned in the pool. 

His friends informed the police that he had an epileptic fit while swimming.
