Pune: On the occasion of HIV/AIDS week, SUBHA had organised various programmes for students at the school. Prize distribution of poster competition on HIV/AIDS was organised by SUBHA at Yashodeep Madhyamik Vidhyalay.
Winners of the competition were felicitated with certificate and memento. Aparna Gajbhiye, Director of SUBHA, Asha Kadam, Manager, and Mangala Javale, Principal, were present with teachers and students during the event.
Overall, 115 students of standard VIII to X had participated in the poster competition. The posters were exhibited in the school premises for the students. During the prize distribution ceremony, Atul Ovhal delivered a lecture on HIV/AIDS. Teachers and students attended the lecture.
Aparna Gajbhiye threw light on various activities like organisation of various lectures, guidance workshops, debates on various topics, counselling for the overall development of students conducted for students by SUBHA.
