Students of ASSIMS organise ‘Incredible India’ luncheon

Pune: Final year BHMCT students of AISSMS College of Hotel Management and Catering Technology organised a formal luncheon in which full course menu was presented under the theme of Incredible India.

The event was organised under the guidance of HOD Chef Milind, Chef Rahul, Accommodation Head, Rasika Gumaste and Service in charge, Prachi Wani. The theme of the formal lunch ‘Incredible India’ was showcased with the help of Indian Art and musical Instruments.

The beautiful décor lunch commenced with raising a toast by Principal Dr Sonali Jadhav followed by a mouthwatering full course Indian cuisine conceptualised by using international classical dishes.

Preparations like eggs in the nest, Broth, lasagna and dessert with cannelloni concept were the main highlights served with the royal silver service.

Principal Dr Sonali Jadhav said that the students enjoy events like these, which not only add to their knowledge but also help in skill development.
