Pune: SRKay Consulting Group, a venture of SRK Group, has appointed Vinit Teredesai, ex-senior vice president and global head of finance, HSBC GLT’s, as the Finance Advisor for their global operations. He will be advising the group in the areas of strategic global expansion, value measurement, pricing strategy, financial discipline and M&A for streamlining the growing global business operations for the group’s ventures.
Teredesai is a seasoned finance professional, having 23 years of experience spread across technology and manufacturing sectors. “Having headed finance for multiple global MNCs and with his entrepreneurial mindset, Teredesai brings immense expertise to the table. This will help shape SRKay’s global financial strategy for its ventures and help us improve the returns of our investments,” said Alok Kumar, Managing Partner, SRKay Consulting Group.
SRKay Consulting Group had tasted success in its first year with its venture ScrumStart, which reported break-even within the first year of operation and bagged several customers and millions of dollars worth of business from global customers in its second year. SRKay has already launched its first CXM product ‘Serena Way’ last quarter and has another product ‘SteerHigh’ lined up for launch before Christmas.
The company had recently appointed Startup Evangelist Santosh Panicker as the CEO of ScrumStart. Recently, ScrumStart was nominated for the ‘Innovator of the Year’ award by New Zealand leading retailer, The Warehouse Group.
