Pune: Sakal International Learning Centre (SILC) will organise a course to become a counsellor through Multiple Intelligence (MI). MI, in integration with Psychometric tools, has become a powerful process of evaluating individuals. Today, MI is being utilised across educational systems, from nursery to graduation, in understanding the human potential. It has been utilised across workplaces as an employability and performance management tool, to leverage human uniqueness. It is one of the few platforms available in the world that can be utilised for ages 4 to 60. At an individual level, this will improve career prospects/ help start a career in counselling.
Participants will benefit from interaction with Harvard University-based founders, better understanding of various aspects of MI and Psychometrics, hands on experience of working with three age groups, their evaluations and facilitation exposure to tools, processes and evaluations being utilised across 21+ countries.
Students can conduct actual evaluations through the week as part of an internship, Focused Integrated Talent (FIT) or employability score will be calculated for each individual. The trainers are CEOs, human resources heads and principals of schools.
