SILC to hold real estate and project management advanced course

Pune: Against the backdrop of RERA regulations, one needs to use technology and adopt best industry practices to keep control on the project’s time, cost and quality, known as triple constraint. 

To fulfil these requirements, a five-day weekend programme on ‘Managing Construction and Real Estate Projects’ has been proposed by the Sakal International Learning Centre (SILC).

Pune: Against the backdrop of RERA regulations, one needs to use technology and adopt best industry practices to keep control on the project’s time, cost and quality, known as triple constraint. 

To fulfil these requirements, a five-day weekend programme on ‘Managing Construction and Real Estate Projects’ has been proposed by the Sakal International Learning Centre (SILC).

The programme is designed for developers, builders, promoters, project coordinators, junior project managers, site supervisors, assistant managers, managers, senior executives, senior marketing and sales executives, civil engineers, civil engineering diploma holders and stakeholders of real estate projects.

The programme highlights will be - Overview of the project processes and integrating project requirements, defining the scope of the project, managing project resources, managing project processes, managing cost and project funding and reporting and analysis of risks involved. The programme will commence on September 23. Fees for the course is Rs 30,000. A discount of Rs 5,000 will be available for the first 10 participants.
