Shop owner arrested for selling duplicate clothes

According to the police, “The WTS Premium is based at Ganraj Market, Market Yard. The shop has 170 T-shirts, shirts and 92 trousers worth Rs 9.89 lakh. The shop owner was selling these clothes with the name of a Mumbai-based company, Superdry.”

Pune: The Market Yard police have lodged a complaint against WTS Premium shop for selling and storing duplicate clothes of branded companies worth Rs 9.89 lakh. The FIR was lodged by a Mumbai-based company.

According to the police, “The WTS Premium is based at Ganraj Market, Market Yard. The shop has 170 T-shirts, shirts and 92 trousers worth Rs 9.89 lakh. The shop owner was selling these clothes with the name of a Mumbai-based company, Superdry.”

Deepak Patel, the staff of the company filed a police complaint. The police have arrested shop owner Abhishek and later released him on bail. PSI SL Mahale is investigating the case.
