Shirole praises new look of Shatabdi Exp

Pune: Shatabdi Express, which runs between Pune and Secunderabad, departed with a new look on Monday morning. Anil Shirole, MP of Pune appreciated the efforts of Pune railway division for changing the look of the train.

Shirole flagged off the train at a grand ceremony. Milind Deouskar, DRM, Pune, Krishnath Patil, Senior DCM, AK Pathak, Station Director and other railway officials were present on the occasion.

Shirole said, “The railway always provides better facilities to passengers. The new look of Shatabdi will attract more passengers. Visually challenged passengers can easily find their seats as the seat numbers are in braille. During the journey, passengers can enjoy Wi-Fi facility without any interruption.”

The composition of Shatabdi Express after augmentation of ultra-modern Anubhuti coach will be nine AC chair cars and one Anubhuti coach.
The Shatabdi Express train number 12025 departs from Pune at 5.50 am and arrives in Secunderabad at 2.20 pm. On its return journey, train number 12026 departs from Secunderabad at 2.45 pm and arrives in Pune at 11.10 pm.
