Security head held for sexual harassment

According to the police, whenever she used to go home alone, the accused use to follow her and try to talk to her.

Pune: A security supervisor of the government run Naidu Hospital has been booked for allegedly sexually harassing a female security guard.

The 33-year-old victim has registered a FIR with Bund Garden police station against one Ashok Dnyoba Borade. The incident took place between September 2013 and June 2015. 

According to the police, whenever she used to go home alone, the accused use to follow her and try to talk to her.

He threatened to fire her if she told anyone about the harassment. The police have charged the accused of offences under sections 354D (stalking) and 506 (criminal intimidation) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
