Schools of Vishal Maha Education Society Trust celebrate annual day

PUNE: The English and Urdu primary and high schools running under the supervision of Vishal Maharashtra Education Society Trust celebrated annual function recently to mark the silver jubilee in the field of education. The programme was celebrated at the Alpabachat Sanskrutik Bhavan, Camp.

Deepak Khosla, DGM, Marketing, Venkys (India) Limited was the chief guest. The celebration was a jubilant event with students of all age groups participating with extreme enthusiasm and zeal.

Deepak Khosla, DGM, Marketing, Venkys (India) Limited was the chief guest. The celebration was a jubilant event with students of all age groups participating with extreme enthusiasm and zeal. 

The students of Lady Zubeida Quraishi English Primary and High School then showcased their talent through live performances on songs related to the theme of ‘unity in diversity’. The performances included dance performances on songs which brought live the spirit of the culture of various states of India.

The skit which knit all these performances together was based on giving the message of brotherhood and unity amongst the people of various beliefs living in India. Every part of the programme had the scent of patriotism. 

The programme continued with the words of praise and encouragement from the chief guest for the management, staff and students of the school. The Urdu primary and high school students then took over the stage with a social message of ‘Saving girl child’ and some enthralling dance performances.

The programme was marked with smiling faces, applauses and praises from guests and other dignitaries present at the event. The programme also sent out a message on what wonders the children of the underprivileged section can do with dedication and education.
