Satish Magar takes over as the new President of CREDAI

Satish Magar has been elected as the National President of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers Associations of India (CREDAI). This announcement was made on Sunday during a press conference held in the city.

Pune: Satish Magar has been elected as the National President of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers Associations of India (CREDAI). This announcement was made on Sunday during a press conference held in the city.

During the conference, Magar said, “I am extremely honoured to take this prestigious role of being the new President of CREDAI National. In his maiden address as the National President, Magar committed himself to transform Indian Real Estate in the light of the new Institutional structures of RERA, GST and policy measures to achieve ‘housing for all by 2022. He also mentioned to increase the footprints of CREDAI in the southern states and to lend support to small and mid-sized real estate developers. He also mentioned the scope of providing mentoring by the established real estate developers to the upcoming new developers.

As a part of its holistic initiative, CREDAI also aims to plant and grow 5 lakh trees across India under their initiatives of Clean City Movement by setting specified targets to each state and city chapter to achieve this objective. 

CREDAI also hopes to expand in 100 more cities with a robust penetration into Tiler 2, 3 & 4 cities.
