Sakal Vastu Property Expo concludes on a high note

Pune: The two-day Sakal Vastu Property Expo, organised by Sakal, saw hundreds of people visiting the expo on the final day on Sunday.

The expo was held at Autocluster in Chinchwad. More than 50 builders, having over 125 projects with flats ranging from 1BHK, 2BHK and 3BHK and penthouse in Pimpri-Chinchwad and in the surrounding areas of Pune, participated in the two-day event. Discount offers for prospective buyers were the highlight of the Expo.

Projects included Woodsville, Gulmohar Grande, Mangal Vishwas, Aishwaryam Hamara, Little Earth, Masulkar City, Swapnlok, Sonigara Homes and Wisteria amongst others.

“The response has been quite positive and people are giving a serious thought to buying properties. As there are discounts on the properties, the visitors are getting more attracted towards it,” said Akash Gawade, Sales Manager of Eden Spaces.

“Such expos are becoming a suitable option for people who are hunting for properties. Not only does the Expo provide numerous options for buying a property but also the builders give discount offers, which make it easy for a prospective buyer to buy a property,” said Punam Shelar, who visited the expo with her family.

Bhavisha Nayab, Sales Manager of Sai Hira Property, said, “We have our site in Moshi with property ranging from 1BHK and 2BHK. Also, there were various discount offers for the prospective buyers. The footfall of the two-day Expo was huge and mostly, people have visited the sites. We have received a positive response from buyers on booking flats.”

Shrirang Jadhav, a prospective buyer at the expo, said, “Currently, we live as tenants in Ravet. We were just thinking to get a flat of our own and the Expo has helped us a lot in finding a new home along with several discount offers.”
