Pune: Sakal Vastu Property Expo organised by Sakal Media Group received a good response from Puneties, who took advantage of the long weekend to browse through the property options at the expo.
The two-day event, which began on Saturday, is being held at Hotel Orchid-VITS in Balewadi. It was inaugurated by General Manager of State Bank of India, Gadhadhar Dash, Regional Manager of State Bank of India, Ajay Joshi, General Manager of Marketing Team at Pranjape Schemes, Manish Khadilkar on Saturday.
The exhibition offers an opportunity to prospective home buyers to know about various properties in Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad. The expo has information of several affordable flats ranging from 1BHK, 2BHK, 3BHK and penthouse in areas like Rajgurunagar, Khed-Shivapur, Paud, Pirangut, Viman Nagar, Kharadi, Hadapsar, Kalyani Nagar, Wadgaonsheri and Hinjewadi.
“It is not possible for everyone to visit every website to check deals on property. Sakal Vastu Property Expo allows people to know and understand property deals clearly,” said Dash.
“A prospective buyer usually has several queries before buying a house such as where can we find affordable homes, how to purchase it, Vastu-related queries and many more advice to buy house. This exhibition provides all the required knowledge,” said Khadilkar.
