Pune: The concluding day of the Sakal Vastu Expo, organised by Sakal Media Group, received good response from Punekars from various parts of the city. The expo, sponsored by State Bank of India, offered many MAHARERA-registered properties for prospective home buyers.

The two-day property expo was held at Mahalaxmi Lawns in Karve Nagar.

A host of housing projects from prominent real estate developers like Kolte Patil, Guardian Developers, Mittal Group, Sahyadri Properties, Nanded City, Mantra properties, PSM Group, Pyramid County, Atlantis, Goel Ganga Group, Saarrthi, Kalpa Vruksha, etc, was showcased at the expo. Around 30 developers showcased 160 residential projects from 1BHK to bungalows.

The projects, ranging from budget homes to luxurious homes in several areas of Pune like Balewadi, Ambegaon, Sinhagad Road, Bavdhan, Talegaon, Baner, Hinjawadi, Hadapsar, Aundh and many other places are available here.

Speaking to Sakal Times, Gaurav Kulkarni, an IT professional mentioned that he was delightful to find all the prospects under one roof.

“The expo is a one-stop property dealing centre for me and I can visit so many dealers and with flexible budget options. Otherwise, it was getting very troublesome to find the right property at right cost in the city. But here I think I’ll be getting better deals and options within my budget,” said Kulkarni.

Another prospective buyer at the expo, Amruta More noted that a lot of financial options were also available along with a wide range of properties.

“There are various home loan options to help us in selecting a good property without the fear of exceeding our budget. After all, we buy a home in a lifetime and so it should be a well thought
decision,” added More.
