Block to take place in afternoon for 3 hrs from August 1 to 31

Pune: Block to take place in afternoon for 3 hrs from August 1 to 31 An integrated block will be taken for repair and maintenance of tracks between Pune-Daund and Pune-Satara rail section by Pune railway division. The block will take place every afternoon for three hours from August 1 to 31. 

As a result, several trains between Pune and Daund, Pune and Satara will be partially affected.

According to railway officials, train number 71409 Pune-Daund departing from Pune at 2.20 pm and arriving at Daund at 4.58 pm and train number 71410 Daund-Pune departing from Daund at 5.10 pm and arriving at Pune at 6.50 pm will be cancelled. Train number 51421 Pune-Nizamabad Passenger will halt between Pune and Patas for about 30 minutes, train number 17013 Pune-Hyderabad Express (Monday, Wednesday, Saturday) will halt between Pune and Patas for around one hour. Train number 07618 Panvel-Nanded Express (Sunday) will halt between Pune and Patas for around one hour thirty minutes.

Similarly, Train number 51409 Pune-Kolhapur passenger will halt between Pune-Alandi for around one hour 30 minutes. Train number 01664 Habibganj-Dharwad weekly train will halt between Pune-Alandi for one hour every Saturday and train number 01663 Dharwad-Habibganj will halt between Satara-Shindawane for one hour 30 minutes every Sunday. Train number 07618 Panvel-Nanded Express will halt between Pune-Patas for one hour 30 minutes, train number 11049 Ahmadabad-Kolhapur Express will halt every Monday and train number 22497 Sriganganagar-Tiruchirapalli Express will halt every Wednesday between Pune-Velha for 15 minutes.

Rail administration expresses regret for the inconvenience caused to the passengers and appeals to the passengers to cooperate.
