Raj Thackeray to interview Sharad Pawar on Feb 21

The interview will be part of the 15th Jagtik ‘Shodh Marathi Manacha’ Sammelan which is organised by the Jagatik Marathi Akademi. 

Pune: Raj Thackeray, Chief of the Maharashtra Navnirman Sena will interview Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) Chief Sharad Pawar in the city on February 21. The interview was supposed to happen in the month of January, but was postponed due to some circumstances. 

The interview will be part of the 15th Jagtik ‘Shodh Marathi Manacha’ Sammelan which is organised by the Jagatik Marathi Akademi. 

Ramdas Phutane, a well-known writer and poet, announced the date and venue of the programme at a press conference organised on Saturday. 

Phutane told the media that the interview will take place at 5 pm on February 21 at the BMCC College near Deccan and the entry will be free.

The theme of the interview will be ‘Mukta Samvad: Don Pidhyancha’ (An open dialogue of two generations) which will see Pawar with a political experience of more than 50 years talking to Thackeray, a relatively younger political personality. 
The organisers said this is a unique opportunity to experience to understand the history and transitions of Maharashtra and its 
politics.
