After some hours when the train was about to pass Lonavla station, passengers felt the heat in the coach as the AC was not working.  Some passengers approached the coach attendant but he did not reply properly.  “The train was packed with passengers.

When the train reached Lonavla station, we felt that AC and fan were not working. When we asked about it, the coach attendant did not reply properly. Then I tweeted to DRM Pune,” said city-based graphic designer Shubendu Jha, travelling from Pune to New Delhi.
