Positive response for Sakal Vastu Expo from customers

Pune: The concluding day of Sakal Vastu Expo 2018, organised by Sakal Media Group, received substantial response from prospective home buyers.

The expo concluded on Sunday at Hotel Orchid in Mhalunge, Balewadi. Several home buyers registered their favourite home projects, and customers were keen to avail benefits of housing projects under Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (also known as RERA). 

Pune: The concluding day of Sakal Vastu Expo 2018, organised by Sakal Media Group, received substantial response from prospective home buyers.

The expo concluded on Sunday at Hotel Orchid in Mhalunge, Balewadi. Several home buyers registered their favourite home projects, and customers were keen to avail benefits of housing projects under Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (also known as RERA). 

Many people were also interested in Non-Agricultural Town Planning (NATP) approved bungalow plots, gardens, water filtration plots and middle class houses, twin bungalows, weekend homes, 2,711 to 2,400 sq ft plots and many more.

Customers also registered to take advantage of home loans in collaboration with the Bank of Maharashtra.

Customers were happy to get many options for second homes and book them immediately. Customers also wished to have twin bungalows at Wai for the convenience of housing and got instant preparations for getting a home loan. Flats between 6 to 15 lakhs for the middle class, and bungalows worth Rs 24 lakh to Rs 1 crore were available. Customers from Dakoli in Konkan were keen on booking plots.

“We are very happy with the instant services of Bank of Maharashtra. Interestingly, the bank has been offering home loans for 30 years,” said Pranjal Joshi, a customer visiting the 
exhibition.

“Options of plots in Hinjawadi, Kharadi, Bavdhan, Baner, Aundh, Wadgaon Sheri, Sinhagad Road, Kothrud, Warje, Katraj, Bibwewadi, Dhankawadi, Ambegaon, Khed-Shivapur, Narayangaon, Shirval and Kirkwadi were available under the same roof,” said Tukaram Jadhav, another customer looking for 
affordable housing.
