PMRDA’s RERA workshop today

Pune: Pune Metropolitan Regional Development Authority (PMRDA) has organised a day-long workshop for developers and civil engineers to hold discussions on various aspects of Real Estate Act, 2016, on Saturday at  Sayajirao Gaikwad Udyog Bhawan, Aundh.

Gautam Chatterjee, Chairman of RERA, will be present at the workshop. Satish Magar, President-Elect of CREDAI, India will also be present. The workshop will be inaugurated by Girish Bapat, Guardian Minister of Pune district.

Gautam Chatterjee, Chairman of RERA, will be present at the workshop. Satish Magar, President-Elect of CREDAI, India will also be present. The workshop will be inaugurated by Girish Bapat, Guardian Minister of Pune district.

The act makes it mandatory for all commercial and residential real estate projects having 500 sqm land or having eight apartments, to register with the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) before launching a project. To attend this workshop, PMRDA has invited members of Credai Pune, MBVA Pune, AESA, IIA, Association of Structural Engineers, Banking Institution, said Metropolitan Commissioner and CEO of PMRDA Kiran Gitte.
