PUNE: After receiving a good response for ‘only women’ buses Tejaswini, the Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Limited (PMPML) added another 30 midi buses to their fleet. Interestingly, 12 buses have already been started on the same route while 18 buses are in the process of registration. Officials said the other buses will be on their way in the next two to three days.

The women passengers will get more relief as the PMPML is adding 200 midi buses to its fleet. The PMPML started 30 buses on International Women’s Day on March 8. Tejaswini buses, which are only for women, get a good response from female commuters. Now more buses are coming and will ply on different routes.
