Pimpri: Sakal Vastu Property Expo, Pimpri-Chinchwad, for homes, shops, offices and NA plots in and around Pimpri-Chinchwad city will be held on October 7 and 8 at Auto Cluster, Chinchwad.
The inauguration by MLAs Laxman Jagtap and Mahesh Landge will take place at 11.30 am. This is the first such exhibition being organised after implementation of MAHARERA and GST.
Over 200 MAHARERA approved housing projects and more than 40 real estate developers will be part of this event. A range of housing solutions in most locations in Pimpri-Chinchwad, Chakan, Talegaon and Hinjawadi will be available.
Home buyers can avail subsidy of over Rs 2.5 lakh under Prime Minister Awas Yojana at these projects if their annual income is less than Rs 6 lakh and they don't own a home at the time of purchase. Besides this, home buyers can avail housing loan solutions at the venue.
Lectures by Pt Shivkumar Shree and Ashok Mandlecha on Vastu Shastra will be organised at the venue. Pandit Shivkumarshree is founder of Vastu Ideas Pvt Limited and has lectured for the last 23 years. The lecture by Mandlecha will be held at 4.30 pm on Saturday, October 7, while that by Pt. Shivkumar Shree will be held at 4.30 pm on Sunday, October 8.
