According to the Railways, they will send the report to their respective offices. The action was taken as Railway Protection Force (RPF) has CCTV footage of the agitation. The RPF is now identifying other passengers who were involved in the agitation, a press statement released by the Public Relations Office, Pune Railway Division said.

“Due to operational constraints from the past few months, Deccan Queen is being dispatched from platform number 5. Pune Station has a platform number one and five capacity of 24 coaches, due to which the long distance trains are being stopped at platform number one. The train number 12124 Pune-Mumbai CSTM Deccan Queen will be dispatched from platform no. 5 in future also,” said the statement.

Divisional Railway Manager BK Dadabhoy said, “Such anti-social activities will not be tolerated at any cost and for this, action will be taken according to legal provisions.
