A meeting of party members and corporators will also be held after the meet. All preparations are in full swing for the NCP meet to be held at Ramkrishna More Hall in Chinchwad.

The recent civic elections saw a clean sweep by BJP, which won 77 seats and single-handedly came to power, while NCP had to content itself with a mere 36 seats.

Now, local NCP leaders have started preparing for this meet with great enthusiasm.

In the upcoming weeks, meets will also be held in legislature constituencies and municipal corporation wards.
