Pune: Navsahyadri Group of Institutes, Faculty of Management - MBA has organised an induction programme for MBA students from August 6 to 9.

The industrial world has become demanding and they want youngsters to be proactive and prepared as per the need of the market. Keeping this in the mind, Dr KS Charak, Director has decided to keep i.Induct 4.0 as the theme of the induction programme.

Raja Kharadkar, an industrialist, was the chief guest, Dr Shripad Shingwekar, Group Head, HR and Admin, Maruti Suzuki India Ltd was the guest of honour for the inaugural session.

PN Suke, President, Navsahyadri Group, Rohan Deliwala, Sr Manager, Volkswagen, Rohit Ghosh, Sr Coach and Consultant, Anand Itraj, Maruti Suzuki India Ltd, Dr RJ Patil, Principal, Engineering Department were the dignitaries present at the session.

Dr Kuldip S Charak highlighted the comparative analysis and future growth scope of MBA vs MBA+. Raja Kharadkar explained that managers think of the present and leaders think of future.

PN Suke notified the students that industry stands on quality, consistency and commitment. Dr Shripad Shingwekar shared 10 mantras of a successful career.

In the post-inaugural session, Mahesh M, CEO, Ishanya, addressed the students on the importance of quality, communication and presentation in the corporate world.

Rohan Deliwala expressed the importance of communication in corporate life, whereas Rohit Ghosh did the decoding of MBA+.

The second day started with management games and followed by a session of Neeraj Madhekar, Group Executive Vice President, Yes Bank. He addressed the students on ground realities in the corporate world. Shivangi Datir, HR Consultant conducted MBTI psychometric test of the students.

The programme was conceptualised by Dr Kuldip Charak and supported by the faculty members.
