Pune: The Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) has organised a grievance redressal day on Wednesday at all divisional offices of the Pune circle.
“This grievance redressal day has been organised in all the departments of MSEDCL for speeding up the process of solving complaints about electricity problems, faulty meters and new connection,” said a statement released by the MSEDCL.
On Wednesday, the grievance redressal will be held at Rasta Peth, Padmavati, Ahmednagar Road, Parvati, Band Garden, Kothrud, Bhosari, Pimpri, Shivajinagar, Manchar, Rajguru Nagar and Mulshi from 11 am to 1 pm.
According to the statement, all executive engineers will hear the complaints filed by the consumers and they will take action to resolve the issues.
MSEDCL has appealed consumers to participate in this initiative.
