With the shelf-life of donated blood being 35 to 42 days, there is a constant need to replenish stocks in blood banks. This can only be addressed if healthy individuals donate blood
frequently.

On this occasion Bomi Bhote, CEO, Ruby Hall Clinic said, “Being at the frontier of healthcare, we at Ruby Hall Clinic stand for building resilience in the donor base by making people realise that we need their simple contribution in the form of blood.

Think about how many lives you can help save, if you began to donate blood once or twice a year, and continue as you are able to do so. It’s not just doctors that can save lives. You just have to be willing to give a little bit of your time and a little bit of yourself to give someone the hope of life.”
