Pimpri: Four persons including a woman were detained by the Pimpri police hours after they allegedly hacked a youth to death at Karachi chowk in Pimpri on Tuesday night. The incident took place around 11 pm.
As per information given by senior police inspector Vivek Muglikar, the deceased has been identified as Sagar Thorat. Police said that three men and woman, Archana Nikam, are involved in the murder.
Sagar had continued to stalk Archana even after her wedding which was creating trouble for her. Sagar was warned and beaten up by Archana's brother but he continued to trouble Archana and so the murder plan was hatched.
On Tuesday night Sagar was attacked on his head by sharp weapons by the accused persons which led to his death.
