According to MIDC Bhosari police, Sujit Satav, son of deceased, wanted to buy land at Narayan Gaon for which he took a loan of Rs 25 lakh from Sopan Saste and Dhananjay Saste on interest rate of 2%. However he was not able to pay back the loan and told them to take money from his father.

The police said Sopan and Dhananjay forced the deceased to sign a document stating he will pay the loan taken by his son. On Sunday, Sujit and Sopan, Dhananjay and another accused went to Moshi and assaulted the deceased and forced him to pay Rs 25 lakh.
