Pune: A man was booked for allegedly duping four women of Rs 1.93 lakh under the pretext of photoshoot and helping them get roles in television serials.  

Based on a complaint from a 22-year-old woman, an FIR was registered with Khadak police against one Yuvraj Bhosale.

According to the police, the incident took place between March 7 and 27 this year.

“Among the complainants are three sisters and one cousin sister. One of them told a girl at a gym that she wanted a good photoshoot and the girl gave her Bhosale’s number. Initially he asked them to transfer Rs 2,500 each for the photoshoot and then took money under pretext of helping them get roles in TV serials,” the FIR states.
