MahaMetro inaugurates third information centre

The centre will remain functional throughout the day to provide comprehensive information about Pune Metro project, including the latest developments, project updates, salient features, stations, routes, benefits and other details. 

PUNE: MahaMetro officials on Tuesday started their third help centre, also called ‘Sahyog Kendra’ in Bund Garden to disseminate information to the citizens regarding the Pune Metro project.

MahaMetro, the authority executing the metro project, has already started the work on the Civil Court-Ramwadi Corridor of the metro and the third help centre will help the locals residing in the area to seek information about the project. The centre was inaugurated by MahaMetro Managing Director Brijesh Dixit.

The two other information centres are already functional at Vallabhnagar ST Stand and on Paud Road.

The centre will remain functional throughout the day to provide comprehensive information about Pune Metro project, including the latest developments, project updates, salient features, stations, routes, benefits and other details. 

MahaMetro, Pune has also provided a toll-free number ‘18002705501’ to resolve queries of the people. Similarly, people can also register complaints, suggestions, seek help during emergencies, share traffic problems due to metro and provide help during an unusual occurrence.
