JN Petit School holds Investiture prog

PUNE: The Investiture Ceremony of the Student Council for the Academic Year 2018-19 was held recently at JN Petit  School in the school hall. The leaders were the Office Bearers of the four houses namely, Dadabhoy House, Nehru House, Pheroshaw House, Tata House and the Student Council Members.

The programme started with an introduction and the announcing of the elected members. This was followed by the badging ceremony. The principal congratulated the badge holders and stressed on the fact that the members should work for the good of the institution and carry out their responsibilities to the best of their abilities.  

This was followed by the Oath Taking Ceremony wherein the badge holders pledged to take up their responsibilities, thus setting the school flag to soar to greater heights. They promised they would carry out their duties with integrity, faith and excellence. The ceremony concluded with the National Anthem. Everyone present congratulated the elected in-charges of the four houses and the Student Council. The principal, PTA members and staff wished them good luck.
