Four-year-old girl dies of swine flu, toll mounts to 26 in Pimpri-Chinchwad

Currently condition of 3 swine flu patients is critical and they have been put on ventilators at different city hospitals

Pimpri: A four-year-old girl from Indori village in Maval Taluka died of swine flu at a private hospital in Chinchwad taking swine flu casualties in Pimpri-Chinchwad to 26 this year so far.

Currently condition of 3 swine flu patients is critical and they have been put on ventilators at different city hospitals.

The deceased had developed influenza like symptom last week. She sought medical care at village. But despite this her condition worsened. Therefore she was moved to Aditya Birla Memorial Hospital in Chinchwad, where she was put on ventilator on July 25.  She sucumbed to the swine flu induced complication on July 26.
