Pune: The State Common Entrance Test (CET) cell has declared that the first provisional merit list of candidates for five years integrated law degree course for the academic year 2018-19 will be made public on July 9 at 5 pm.
The online application for bachelors in law degree courses in government, aided and unaided institutes/colleges (including minority institutes), university departments, university managed institutes in Maharashtra had started from June 25 and will end on July 5.
The document verification of registered candidates with the universities in Maharashtra for government and government-aided colleges will be carried out at Government Law College in Churchgate, Mumbai, till July 24.
“The candidates, who have applied on the basis of receipt of an application for caste/tribe validity and non-creamy layer certificate, will be considered in their respective categories for generation of merit list and allotment of college. However, they will have to submit and upload caste/tribe validity and non-creamy layer certificate on or before August 18. Otherwise, the candidate, who fails to submit the documents in admitted colleges, will see his admission being cancelled automatically by the system as per the government rules,” said commissioner and the competent authority of State CET cell, Mumbai, Anand Rayate.
The Centralised Admission Process (CAP) has been conducted under the Maharashtra Unaided Private Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission and Fees) Act, 2015, by a competent authority of State CET.
