Discussion held on solar energy

PUNE: Ino-Solar Energy Private Limited and Unpa Engineering organised a discussion on solar energy, which saw participation from US-based companies like WinBuild, India Solar Hub and Empores. 

The Solar Hybrid Inverter and Power Optimizer Home Energy Saver Unit, which was researched in America and Made in India, was inaugurated by Abasaheb Shinde, Founder and Chairman of Rajashree Shahu Sahakari Bank. 

Speaking during the discussion, Dr Dharendra Goswami, Director, Clean Energy Research Center at University of South Florida, said, “No other business sector shows this much progress and upcoming entrepreneurs in this sector have big chance to grow.” “Solar energy will help urban as well as household and farming needs in rural areas across India because of which the nation will progress while balancing the environment,” Goswami added.

Unmesh Jagtap, Director, Ino-Solar Energy Private Limited, said, “The government is also encouraging the use of solar panels on government and private buildings and soon enough, solar energy generation will be everywhere.” Jagtap also announced that young disabled people will get jobs under the Indian Solar Hub’s Solar Plant Supervision programme.
