Consumers flock to Sakal Vastu Expo for Diwali property purchase

Pune: Buying property around Diwali is considered auspicious and home buyers sought property options at the Sakal Vastu property Expo, which began on October 14.

A good turnout was seen on Sunday at the Mahalaxmi Lawns in Karve Nagar, which lifted the spirits of real estate developers who had put up stalls there.

The two-day expo, organised by Sakal Media Group in collaboration with State Bank of India, had a range of offers, from budget homes to premium properties in and around Pune.

The expo had more than 30 developers showcasing around 100 housing projects. All the developers in the exhibition were MahaRERA registered which gave the home buyers an assurance to book the property from the expo.

Leading developers displayed their projects along with great deals like festival offers and discounted maintenance.

These stalls at the expo provided the home buyers from luxury apartments, budget homes to commercial properties in areas such as Balewadi, Ambegaon, Sinhagad Road, Bavdhan, Talegoan, Baner, Hinjewadi, Hadapsar, Aundh, Dighi, Wagholi and other areas of Pune.

Anand Parab, Sales Executive of A1 group at the expo, said, “The footfall at the expo was huge, some even gave a visit to the sample flats, and many will book today. People are mostly looking for residential properties rather than the commercials ones.”

Holding the expo prior to Diwali assisted many home buyers to book their dream home. Rahul Bhosale, a businessman at the expo, said, “Such Vastu expo organsied before Diwali provides a great help for buyers like us, as we get to know everything at one stop. Also, the expo conducted here has provided me with great Diwali offers and I am looking forward to book a residential property from this expo.”
