Congress’ Ramesh Bagve said, “The communities were living in harmony since last many years and will continue to do the same. The violence at Koregaon-Bhima was a sad incident and should never be repeated. Maharashtra is a progressive state and is the land of Shivaji Maharaj, Mahtama Phule and Dr Ambedkar. It was a ploy of some Manuwadi forces to disturb the harmony of society and hence, we have gathered here together to show that we are one.”
