City Pride School holds food adulteration workshop

Pune: The City Pride School organised a workshop on ‘Food Adulteration and Superstitions’ recently, in which students of Std VI and VII and their parents participated.

The aim of the workshop was to break through social taboos, to develop a scientific attitude and rational thinking so that superstitions prevailing in the society will die a natural death. It was a platform for the students to discover the unknown truth behind superstitions and spread awareness about food adulteration.

Dr Ashwini Kulkarni, the Director of the school organised this activity.
