CISCE invites ICSE students to design logo

Pune: The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) has invited the students studying at ICSE schools across the country to participate in a competition to design a special logo to commemorate 60 years of the board.

The students from standards VI to XII, studying at the affiliated schools can participate in the competition. The winning logo design will be used on CISCE website and all documents during the diamond jubilee year.

The medium of the logo can be drawing, painting or even computer design.

The guidelines for the special logo state that it must include the original CISCE logo, along with additional words like ‘Celebrating 60 Years’, or ‘Diamond Jubilee’, etc.

The board has stated that while the students can submit the logo in colour, it could still be printed in black and white, according to the requirement.

The board has also encouraged students to do some research on the original logo, what it stands for, and the history of CISCE before making the new special logo.
