Pune: Raksha Bandhan was celebrated in Pune Military Station under the aegis of Dakshin Maharashtra Sub Area. The celebration was organised in association with Dhruv Foundation & Dhruv Motivation Centre, Pune.
Celebrations were organised at Aundh Military Camp, Bombay Engineer Group & Centre, Khadki and Milkha Singh Sports Complex, Pune. The event at Milkha Singh Sports Complex was presided over by Major General Prithi Singh, GOC, Dakshin Maharashtra Sub Area.
About 1,000 women volunteers from all walks of life tied rakhis to soldiers.
