Amresh Chandra Mishra is PCCIT Pune region

Pune: Amresh Chandra Mishra has been appointed Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax (PCCIT) Pune region on September 8. The jurisdiction of the PCCIT, Pune region is spread over entire Maharashtra except Mumbai and Nagpur. According to a press release issued by Income Tax office, Pune, Mishra, born on February 2, 1958, is an officer of 1982 batch of Indian Revenue Service.

According to a press release issued by Income Tax office, Pune, Mishra, born on February 2, 1958, is an officer of 1982 batch of Indian Revenue Service.

“He has joined Income Tax department on September 1, 1982. He holds a master’s degree in political science. During his illustrious career spanning over three decades, he was posted in various states, such as Maharashtra, UP, MP, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat and Tamil Nadu,” said the release.
