‘BJP leaders should drop arrogance’

He commented on the recent statement of BJP President Amit Shah at the meeting of BJP MPs from Maharashtra. Shivtare said, “Voters have shown the place to the party in the recent elections. About coalition, the Shiv Sena chief will take appropriate decision.”

Pune: “In the recent elections in five state assemblies, where RSS, Vishwa Hindu Parishad and Bajrang Dal have a strong hold, the BJP has lost. Now,  BJP leaders should drop arrogance. So, Shiv Sena will decide about alliance with the BJP with comprehensive impact assessment,” said Shiv Sena leader and State Minister of State for Water Resource Department Vijay Shivtare.

There are speculation s that Shivtare will contest 2019 Lok Sabha polls from Pune or Baramati. When asked, he said, “We obey the orders of Shiv Sena Chief.”
