Speaking to Sakal Times, Naren said women take a break for multiple reasons including maternity leave. “Of the 1,000 applications received this year, nearly 20 per cent are from restarters. Earlier, we would receive 40 to 50 such applications but now the volume has increased which is a good trend. Recruiting women at workplace certainly brings diverstiy which is good for the growth of a company,” added Naren.
