Amongst its several courses this summer, SIILC has introduced two industry and job-oriented courses.
‘Become a Real Estate Consultant’ course at SIILC comprises training in topics like RERA for agents, understanding RERA requirements, real estate market study, understanding real estate markets, understanding real estate customer lifecycle, Smart City requirements, defining individual customer requirements, property transactions, difference in deal with new and resale, deal in plots and agriculture land and commercial property deals.
SIILC has also come up with a workshop on preparing for job interview. Starting from building confidence to grooming skills, time management to resume writing skills, each and everything will be covered in the two days’ workshop. Anyone above 18 years of age can attend this programme. Making an impact with the first impression, building positive attitude and confidence, communicating effectively, resume writing, group presentations and discussions will be covered in this workshop.
