Aircel-Maxis deal case: SC adjourns hearing till Wednesday

New Delhi: The Supreme Court adjourned the hearing for Wednesday on Bharatiya Janata Party leader, Dr Subramanian Swamy's petition seeking a direction that the Enforcement Directorate Investigating Officer Rajeshwar Singh should continue the probe in connection with the Aircel Maxis case.
The bench, headed by Justice Arun Mishra, also comprised Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul.
"We will hear the matter tomorrow," the division bench ruled.

He sought that Singh, be allowed to continue the probe.
The Supreme Court on Tuesday asked the petitioner, Rajneesh Kapoor, to appear on Wednesday before it. Kapoor had filed a petition against Rajeshwar Singh.
The investigator in the 2G spectrum scam case had sought relief from complaints filed by the accused.
