Pune: Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) has declared the dates for supplementary examinations for the students of Std X and XII which will be held from July 17 to August 4.
Since last year, the supplementary examinations are being held soon after HSC, SSC results so that the students do not waste a whole academic year. The SSC supplementary examination is scheduled from July 17 to August 2 while the HSC supplementary examination will be held from July 17 till August 4. The students of HSC and bifocal new syllabus will also appear for the supplementary examination from July 17 to August 2.
The practicals and oral examinations for SSC and HSC will be held between July 9 and 16. The detailed timetable is available on the board’s website www.mahasscboard.maharashtra.gov.in but the board has appealed to the students that they must consider the printed timetable provided in their respective schools to be final.
The students can submit online application forms for the exams through their respective schools or junior colleges from June 14 till June 23. The schools need to pay the fees given by the students to the board between June 25 and 28. The final lists of the students who have filled the forms and paid the fees need to be submitted to the board by July 2.
The students who wish to appear for the class improvement examination can do so either now in July-August 2018, or give an attempt in February-March 2019 next year.
The supplementary exams will be conducted at all nine divisions of the Board namely, Pune, Mumbai, Aurangabad, Kolhapur, Konkan, Nashik, Nagpur, Amravati and Latur.
